What to expect:

Each session begins with a brief intro to the breathing technique and its benefits, followed by a short guided moment using a natural, gentle breathing pattern to help you settle in and connect with yourself.
The conscious breathing portion lasts 20–30 minutes, depending on the class, and is followed by a restful integration period to support your body in processing the experience.
Set yourself up somewhere comfortable to lie down — a sofa, bed, or mat works well, with a blanket for warmth and optional eye mask to help block out distractions and deepen your experience.
While not every class includes time for sharing, some will offer space to reflect or ask questions at the end.

All classes are recorded and sent to your email to revisit — so if you sign up and can’t make it live, you’ll still have the chance to breathe.
With our monthly memberships, you can access unlimited online classes, live and pre-recorded, including Breathwork on your Break, and Just Breathe - Kids. You can breathe easy in the knowledge that there is no commitment and no cancellation fees.
