What if your confidence didn’t disappear
when it mattered most?
Do you know your work inside and out—yet feel that under pressure, your voice tightens, your clarity fades, or your presence shrinks?
Do you ever leave meetings, presentations, or conversations thinking:
“I had more to say… I know I’m more capable than how I came across.”
In today’s world, competence and hard work are no longer enough. You can be smart, experienced, and deeply capable—and still be overlooked if your voice disappears under pressure. In rooms filled with fast talkers, strong opinions, and constant noise, the people who rise are not always the most qualified—but the most present.
Presence Under Pressure is an 8-week immersive program designed to help you speak with confidence, clarity, and authority—without losing authenticity—even when the stakes are high.
Who This is For
This program is for professionals, leaders, facilitators, and entrepreneurs who:
-
Are highly capable, knowledgeable, and prepared
-
Know they have more influence, insight, or leadership inside them than is currently being perceived
-
Feel confident sometimes—but not reliably under pressure
-
Want to communicate with authority without becoming louder, more aggressive, or performative
Meet Your Guide

Erin Dahlgren is a Speaker, Singer, Master Teaching Artist, and Breathwork Guide Trainer with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of performance, communication, and embodied leadership.
A natural introvert who understands pressure from the inside out, Erin specializes in helping people access their voice, confidence, and presence when adrenaline hits. Her approach blends practical communication skills with breath and nervous-system regulation—so confidence isn’t something you perform, but something you can reliably access.
This work isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about becoming more yourself, even under pressure.
The Growth You Can Expect
Throughout this 8-week experience, you will:
-
Speak with greater confidence and clarity in high-stakes moments
-
Stay calm, grounded, and articulate when pressure rises
-
Communicate with authority without sacrificing authenticity
-
Understand how breath, voice, and embodiment directly impact influence
-
Access your natural charisma—without forcing or copying others
-
Gain a new relationship to your voice, your presence, and your power
-
Become a part of a supportive community of growth minded leaders
This is confidence that lasts—because it’s embodied, not performative.
The 8-Week Journey
Week 1 - Kickoff
Step 1: Creating Safety & Grounded Presence
• Experience what it feels like to be fully seen without needing to perform. • Reclaim connection to your authentic voice before trying to improve it. • Clarify the identity shift you’re ready to step into over the next eight weeks.
Week 2 - Voice Matters
Step 2: Vocal Awareness & Expression
• Reclaim your voice as an instrument of influence rather than a reflection of past conditioning. • Step into a vocal presence that matches your capability, credibility, and leadership. • Speak in a way that feels powerful, resonant, and fully aligned with how you want to be experienced.
Week 3 - The Unheard Language
Step 3: Non-Verbal Communication
• Become someone whose body language reinforces confidence rather than undermines it. • Embody credibility and authority before you say a word. • Develop the relational awareness to read the room and respond with grounded presence.
Week 4 - A Story, A Story
Step 4: Storytelling & Connection
• Learn to structure stories in a way that makes even simple moments compelling and persuasive. • Move from delivering information to creating memorable experiences. • Elevate everyday interactions and presentations through the power of intentional storytelling.
Week 5 - Step Into Power
Step 5: Accessing Influence Without Forcing
• Understand the unspoken dynamics shaping every room — and learn how to navigate them with confidence and integrity. • Access influence that feels authentic and sustainable, rather than forced or performative. • Lead with a presence that is both grounded and magnetic, without sacrificing warmth or humility.
Week 6 - Roadblocks
Step 6: Overcoming Fear, Adrenaline & Resistance
• Identify the specific fears and patterns that have been limiting your voice — and learn how to work with them instead of against them. • Reframe nerves, adrenaline, and resistance as signals of growth rather than proof that you’re not ready. • Develop the ability to stay steady and self-led in moments that once felt overwhelming.
Week 7 - Make It Yours
Step 7: Authentic Expression & Integration
• Integrate voice, presence, and message into a communication style that feels unmistakably your own. • Develop the discernment to choose what to amplify, what to refine, and what to release in your delivery. • Lead conversations, presentations, and spaces with grounded authority — without losing authenticity or connection.
Week 8 - Integration & Embodiment
Step 8: Feedback, Performance & Celebration
• Witness the version of yourself who can handle pressure with steadiness and authority. • Integrate feedback without losing your voice, strengthening both confidence and discernment. • Move forward with embodied presence, practical strategy, and continued pathways for growth and support.
This Is a Beta Program
There are plenty of public speaking and communication courses out there—and many offer great tools.
But tools don’t work if you can’t access them when adrenaline hits.
Presence Under Pressure combines breathwork and nervous-system regulation with the practical skills of a seasoned performer and Master Facilitator—shared fully, for the first time. This is about learning how to stay present, confident, and articulate when it matters most.
Limited spaces available.
